2. Subscriptions

Some features require a "Palette Pro" subscription. Subscriptions are billed via the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms of service.

3. Limitation of Liability

Palette Pro is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to incorrect color mixing results.
